Rainbow Road Preschool curriculum is designed to help your child get ready for Kindergarten through many fun learning activities.
PRE-K
| Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year, we will feature a separate pre-Kindergarten class. It will focus on special skill each child will need. It will even include using computers. | |
LEARNING CENTERS
We study science, library books, blocks, puzzles, our numbers, letters, phonics, shapes, and colors.
LARGE MUSCLE CONTROL

The children participate in gymnastics, using a ball, exercise, balance beam, ballet, and many fun games and physical activities. |
SMALL MUSCLE CONTROL
| Here each child will sharpen their skills in coloring, cutting and pasting as they have fun with creative craft projects. |  |
SPANISH LESSONS
Children will learn beginning vocabulary and simple phrases.
BEGINNING READING

Our focus is to have the children master their letters and be able to read before starting Kindergarten. |
SOCIAL SKILLS

Sharing, taking turns, following directions are all social skills that your child will learn at Rainbow Road Preschool. This will lead to greater confidence and independence. |
